About
Anatha Attar, Your Life Coach
I am passionate about my vocation in all areas, speaking, teaching, writing, and coaching individuals toward their most creative, purposeful and prosperous life.
My personal journey began as a student of religion and spiritual practice, seeking the wisdom of faith for my own solace. This search has taken me to the sacred mysteries of the Orthodox Liturgy and Catholic Mass, Native American sweat lodges, Friday prayers at the mosque, Buddhist and Hindu temples and many other places of worship. I have traveled on pilgrimage to sacred sites in India, Italy, Syria and Mexico, connecting with multitudes of ancestors who traveled the same path before me. Learning to paint Christian and Buddhist icons, my creativity, expressed through painting, became a different kind of spiritual quest. Over this long journey of study, travel and creativity, living with the rhythms of nature and spending time walking and hiking in the natural world has been my deepest meditation practice.
Two of my books were written for those who are seeking a deeper, more creative, purposeful and spiritual life. If this is you, please read further. You can also visit my Olympia Women's Circle Blog, a weekly discussion on the creative, purposeful life.
Credentials for those who might want to know:
Master of Arts degree in Counseling, St. Martin’s University, Lacey, Washington
